Quality Service, Reasonable Prices

Great service! They stand behind their work, and are very professional! They repaired a crack in our foundation.

Everyone was awesome to work with from the owner, the crew and the office staff, we have used them two years in a row for under our home with piers, beams and foundation repairs and they were great, fair bids, exact time frames and exceeded our expectations, we will definitely use them again!!!

The owner, Dave is very knowledgeable. His crew ripped out and replaced my sub-floor, girders, joists and repaired a section of the foundation. They also jacked up and leveled the house.Tough work and difficult, especially in these times . Hats off to Dave and the team. Ortex also installed a crawlspace ventilation point, vapor barrier and applied an anti-fungal treatment to the lumber under my house in Springfield. I would definitely recommend this company. Dave uncovered additional issues once the floor was opened up and adjusted the bid very reasonably, he could have tried to take advantage at that point but didn't. Yes my walls are cracked and doors need adjustment now but that is to be expected after this type of leveling is done. Thanks Ortex.

He provided some fixes but he didn’t perform any work. He was a great help of showing me what he thought I needed. If it doesn’t work I can call him back.

Professional, efficient, affordable, and accommodating. I work overnights as an EMT and attend nursing school during the day. An inspector came out for free and provided me with a detailed estimate, with pictures included, for the necessary work as well as recommended improvements. Upon completion, they advised an inspector would return for free to check the status of their work and ensure expected outcomes of mold and water elimination, dryer venting correctly, house maintaining expected temperature (the list goes on). It was an extensive project. I trust Ortex and would hire them again!

Very professional

Installed sump pump in crawlspace of rental property. Explained everything in detail that they would perform. Quality work in a timely manner. Would definately hire again!

This work was just done this week. We have not had any rain, so do not know how it will work. But they were polite,clean,and explained everything that they would do. It came with a life time warrant. We have gone through two other sub-pumps in 10 years because they were not installed correctly. So far we are pleased with their work.
